		<description>Thanks for the advice, I really enjoyed your post. It only makes sense, that if we want to perform well, we need to take care of our bodies. Years ago, when I was still in university completing my golf degree my coaches and teachers drilled us about our diets. I had one coach who forced me to keep a food diary, in order to insure I was getting all the nutrients I needed. Looking back, it was tedious, but definitely worth it!</description>

		<description>I am guilty of that as well.  Sometimes the taste of a golf course hotdog is just too appealing!  It certainly does not help my endurance on the course or my waistline. LOL</description>
