Sometimes it’s hard to find golf accessories designed exclusively for women that are high quality, high fashion and in most cases designed by women. A few that I have been able to check out are listed below:
How about having an individually designed golf glove that is adorned with flip flops, beach items, flowers, martini glasses or other artsy and fun themes. These great golf gloves are personally made by Elizabeth Carless at Sassy Golf, http://www.sassygolf.com.
My personal favorite is the Cocktails Anyone which Elizabeth made for me using a man’s glove to accommodate my large hands. It looks nothing like a man’s glove and at first, I was worried the martini charms would be distracting when I would swing the club. Not at all the case! I got quite a few remarks on how great the glove looked and how much fun the theme was. Of course, I have a lot of martini drinking friends. Guess I know what to buy for Christmas gifts. Rated: A++
If you are into wearing caps and visors but hate the traditional baseball hat variety (too masculine) then the place to go is http://www.madcaz.net. Carrie Bell, owner of Madcapz, has put together a number of beautiful, fun and stylish caps and visors that aren’t your ‘brother’s or husband’s’ caps! I tried the Par for the Course Curly Cord Madcapz and love it!!
The curly cord is very comfortable with no noticeable pressure on my head (which is what I experienced with most other visors). There are low profile, adjustable strap caps available as well in many unique and chic designs. Carrie also has caps for kids. Rated: A+
Another company that does an exceptional job at offering women’s golf accessories is GloveIt, LLC at http://www.gloveit.com. GloveIt has a number of different products in their line from gloves, bags, caps, club covers and other accessories. I have their designer golf glove with matching bag in the SilverScroll pattern along with their 3-pack of belts in matching patterns. These products will make you look and feel your best. However, they do not guarantee any game improvements but I think there is a ‘psych’ factor when you show up so beautifully coordinated.

Last but certainly not least is the product line from Ame & Lulu found at http://www.ameandlulu.com. This company offers golf, tennis, yoga, everyday and junior products which include various bags, covers, backpacks, ball holders and more! I have the 3-ball Holder in the Onyx pattern which clips right onto my golf bag making it extremely accessible during your round of play. No more digging around in your bag looking for another golf ball. They even ship 3 pink Ame & Lulu logoed golf balls and a tee in the holder. Plenty of other types of products in their catalogue. most of the women golfers that I know, tend to be very extroverted in what they wear, I prefer if the was more color in the products. Here in Germany we have an amazing amount of color on the golf courses the women often wear bright red and loud green colours is that not the case in the USA?
It really depends on the golfer and their own style of fashion. Christina Kim is quite colorful both in her attire and her personality. I would say that it is true the veteran US golfers are more subdued in their color choices. It’s the younger ‘breed’ that is bringing the color to the field for women’s golf here in the US.
